Brief Description of Workshop: Facilitated by Blue Star
This workshop is a spiritual journey. We identify our inner battles, illusory nature and use movement, sounding and affirmations to release that which no longer serves.
The work is based upon the understandings from the Bhagavad Gita and other Spiritual Teachings that recognize changing our relationship to pain and suffering is what we have the power to do. Tools of “Shamanic Improvisation”, a body of work developed by Blue Star over the past 35 years, will be shared to acquire life skills at dis-entangling the unwanted internal messages derived from the mind un-supervised. No prior experience necessary…just the willingness to be honest with One’s self. Namaste
