Blue Star is a Spiritual Teacher sharing insights and resonant messages from an intercultural cross referencing of East and West religious teachings and philosophies.
Her present studies and foundation of work includes the study of Bhagavad Gita, translated by Yogananda Paramahansa and Integral Yoga; Essays On The Gita by Sri Aurobindo.
The understanding of the inner battle, Kurukshetra, as is written within the Bhagavad Gita is the essential content addressed in the workshop. Exercises and discussion point to the spaciousness we need in our spirit-filled selves to release the pain and suffering of the mundane, illusory world.
Over the past 35 years Blue has developed a body of work named “Shamanic Improvisation”. Improvisation is “The Art of Be-ing In The Moment” and Shamanic is “Going Between The Worlds”. We identify the energetic field, essentially the Divine in all and open dialogue with our higher, elevated selves and acknowledgement of “All Our Relations”.
These shamanic Improv tools are shared in the workshops and provide exercises and practical skills for living life fully and attentively with self awareness. Through movement and sounding we release stored memory in the body and shake up the entanglements of the mind thus allowing whatever needs our attention to be revealed.
Blue intuitively reads the participants body language and spiritual poise and designs prompts and gestures to assist in release and unveiling of what needs to surface.
She creates an environment of safety and loving kindness so participants feel in-couraged to take risks and let go of what no longer serves to enhance spiritual growth. Through meditation and guided visualization an ethereal cleansing is suggested that permeates our mind, body and spirit.
